Gino R. Sessa, MD FAAPMR
Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Dr. Sessa is a graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit. He completed a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak.

He is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine, The Subspecialty Board on Spinal Cord Injury Medicine and Sports Medicine.

His special interests include interventional spine and joint procedures as well as sports medicine. Nationally, he serves annually as an oral examiner for the Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Dr. Sessa is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Michigan Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, American Medical Association, and the American College of Sports Medicine.

He is on staff at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak and Troy. He currently holds the position of Assistant Professor at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine.
