Dr. Halchishick is a graduate from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at William Beaumont Hospital – Royal Oak where he served as chief resident. Following residency, he completed an Interventional Spine Medicine Fellowship at the University of Michigan. During his time at the University of Michigan he also held the faculty position of Clinical Lecturer in the department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Dr. Halchishick is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Osteopathic College of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and the North American Spine Society.

His special interests include the treatment of neck, back, and joint pain. He is skilled in musculoskeletal ultrasound and interventional spine procedures including epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, and radiofrequency ablation.

Dr. Halchishick is on staff at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak and Troy. He has office hours for patient care at the Royal Oak and Rochester Hills locations.
