Cancellation Policy

Missed appointments, with less than 24 business hours notice, prevent us from meeting your immediate healthcare needs and limit our office’s ability to provide acute services to those who would otherwise utilize your appointment time.  If you have a conflict with your scheduled time, we would greatly appreciate a phone call more than 24 business hours in advance of your appointment time to reschedule.

Late Policy
We appreciate the fact that your time is as valuable as ours. We make every effort to see you as close to your scheduled appointment time as possible. Please assist us in doing so by arriving for your appointment 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment may be asked to reschedule.
