Dr. Angelo Allos, MD, is a board-certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician with a specialization in Interventional Spine and Musculoskeletal Medicine. With a keen attention to detail, Dr. Allos is dedicated to providing his patients with individualized care that is tailored to their unique needs. 

Dr. Allos completed his residency at Beaumont Royal Oak in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, where he served as chief resident. Following his residency, he pursued further training in Interventional Spin and Musculoskeletal Medicine through a fellowship program at the University of Michigan. While at the University of Michigan, Dr. Allos also served as a clinical faculty instructor with the PM&R Spine Department, sharing his knowledge and expertise with medical students and residents.

Dr. Allos’ expertise includes a wide range of non-surgical interventions, with a focus on neck and back pain, including fluoroscopic-guided injections, musculoskeletal ultrasound-guided procedures, and Electrodiagnositc Medicine (EMG). He also has a strong interest in Regenerative Medicine and stays up-to-date with the latest advances and potentials of pain medicine. 

He is passionate about education the next generation of physicians. He has served as a mentor to medical students and residents, and has given numerous presentations and lectures on topics related to Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

In addition to our clinical office, Dr. Allos has hospital privileges at William Beaumont Royal Oak and Troy locations.
