If we are a participating provider with your insurance company, we will bill them. If you have no insurance coverage, payment for office services is expected at the time they are rendered.

We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Self-pay Patients
Office visits can range from $200-290. Additional testing and/or procedures may incur additional costs. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. They are happy to assist you in any way they can.

Payment for services is the patient’s responsibility, and we will help to assist you in handling claims.
